Ordered Awaiting Install

I just ordered the software and install services as well. I didn't receive anything regarding info on this and where to
submit my site info so I submitted a ticket providing info for install to my site. Is that sufficient? How do I get my own copy to download for my files? I don't see anything in my UserCP as I've already purchased but it says "need to purchase".. so not sure if I was logged in when purchased but think that may be the problem. Anyway, what's the turn around time for support for install? Thanks!

Can someone please advise if there is a particular place to request install of software? I have yet to be notified my ticket is being worked on and just nervous my site credentials are "out there". No one has contacted me about installing as of yet and not sure if staff is just behind or I am requesting it incorrectly.
