Order of install

I am reinstalling my whole site on a new domain and want to know when I should install VBseo in the process?

I am running:
vbulletin (obviously)
Gal (auto-linker)
Gars (review system)
Gab (banner rotator)
Vbadvanced
vbadvanced links
sr classifieds
photopost pro


Should I install vbseo right after vbulletin or wait until the end?
(and yes, as soon as I figure out the new domain name I'm gonna update my licesning info here )

or does it matter?
