About LinkBacksSorry for my bad English when you create a post / thread in the options there Automatically parse links in text since I installed vBSEO this option is ignored, how can I get the same result without damaging the link thank you very much

That option is inherited by vBSEO options. You can disable vBSEO add titles to external links option in order to get that option working.
