i an not much on SEO, but i do know some.
and backlinks is a strong key on PR
so reading along the way i found this site http://www.seotalk.co.uk/
they are a PR, but if you have the google tool bar (check the cache page *yep its google) not only that the back links are all googles...but its counting for him.
