i only have the "XML sitemap" from my vb4 admincp. so do i find that file?

Download vbseo sitemap generator from your downloads area
If you using 3.x download 2.5
If you using 4.x download 2.6
Extract it and upload the .xml file located in "docs (do not upload)/vbseo_sitemap.xml"Marco Mamdouh Fahem / Crawlability Inc.
