No folders in zip file for installation

For some reason I don't know if I installed right. Here is a link to one of my forum pages, is this the rewrite already? http://www.myfishsite.com/forums/mid-west-fishing/76-northern-indiana.html
(not intended as spam). Anyway, the plugin is present in the plugin system. But there is no menu for it in the left column. Should there be one there? And also do I need to run the installation of vbseo through my browser like other vb products? THanks

Installation was successful, I believe, if no replies were here. Anyway, I can access the CP, didn't know it wasn't included in the adminCP of Vbulletin. Thanks
