Newbie question

I've been considering a new vBulletin forum and I came across vbseo and though I read the info over I still have a question.

If I purchase vbseo do I still have to buy vBulletin as well or is this part of buying vbseo. Is vbseo a separate install and in order to have it do I already have to own vBulletin.

Yes if you purchase vBSEO, you will still need vBulletin. vBSEO is an addon for vBulletin.
