Need to switch domains - but can't make request

Hi,

I'm working with a client to switch his VB install to a new domain, but I can't make the request to VBSEO to change the domain name because I can't access the ticketing system, because the license is expired.

Can someone from VBSEO please get back to me about how to accomplish this change over?

Brandon, you will need an active license in order to transfer it. You must re-new.

I would like to be able to test on the new server before hitting the live switch, can we make the license active for 2 domains temporarily?

Sorry, this is not possible without a re-newal to request a test license.

so once we renew we can request a test license

Brian is not an employee, so he cannot access the ticket system. Ace has replied to your ticket.
