need some serious recommendation

Dear Members,

As our members have grown substantially, I would like to revamp the forum.

Things take come to mind as following

1. Upgrade to the latest VB 4.11
2. Mobile Apps for both Androids and Iphone
3. Creating/Suggesting the best Ads placement space for advertiser and adsense
4. Establish paid member subscription plans
5. Revamp our current theme for our targeted users

Item 1: I can do this upgrade myself - no problem
item 2, 3 and 4: I need a company or someone to help me.
Item 5: I have a designer whom create beautiful theme.

The purpose for this thread is, is there anyone can recommend me a company or the person whom can deliver point 2, 3 and 4? and also able to work with the designer to make sure everything is in sync?

3) This is something you should do yourself and monitor what works with multivariate testing.

4) vb has a subscription engine built into it already. vb should be able to provide support on it.
