Need some serious help - 3.3.2 to 3.5.2 and now forums are not linked correctly.

Upgraded from 3.3.2 to 3.5.2 today and now all forum links point to Blogs. I know I am way behind the times on upgrades but due to the customization of my forums I have always been behind.

Also - the Admin CP no longer links to the SEO CP - I can get to it via a direct link though.

Any ideas? I really do not want to restore the DB if I do not have to.

All links to the other part of the site work - it;s just the FORUM link that does not.

I reverted back to 3.3.2 - I couldn't leave my forums down.
