Need help with vbseo config

I am trying to install a hack and need to ensure the vbseo config file is set to 1 (allow) for rel novbseo. What does this mean? And where should I got to change this? Thank you

You should manually modify includes/config_vbseo.php file at your host.
FIND:

REPLACE WITH:

PHP Code:

    define('VBSEO_ALLOW_REL_NOVBSEO',   1);
