Thanks for the quick reply, Keith. I didn't know the troubleshooting forum was for customers only, which I'm not. I am just the poor designer who is working for a client of mine, who in return is a customer of yours (kinda makes you dizzy, doesn't it?).
I assume I have to get in touch with my client to get their access info to the troubleshooting forum?
