vbseo doesn't turn off. the license is for life. The only thing that stops is support via tickets after 1 year.
check your server/hosting company. see if they just did anything

Everything is fine!, it says i am unlicenced and this has happened before (when i first purchused the licence a couple months ago) it didnt let me to download for like 2 days, so i posted a thread and then someone pmed me saying that its working fine now!
