Need Advice On How To Setup

This is what I have done. I had a vbulletin board v 3.5 which become corupted, so I had to import all the users / threads in to a new vbulletin v3.6 board. Which now works fine.

But the problem I have is that my showthread urls ids have changed and dont matchup. I have installed VBSEO and showthread.php urls now re-direct to .html pages. Is this okay, would you recommend to change anything else??

Also alot of people are getting 404 errors as they are coming from google and the showthread ids have changed. Shall I 301 all 404 page not found??

Because all the url's changed it is impossible to define a global 301 redirect . If some of your old threads really have good rankings in search engines you can define custom 301 rewrite rules for them via vBSEO Control Panel.
