Multiple Domain Names

Would it be possible to add something like this classified system (fully integrates with vbulletin) SR Classifieds 1.0.2 Light - vBulletin.org Forum or the pro version and have the classifieds section rewritten to a different DOMAIN NAME by VBSEO so that it appeared to be a different domain name/website?

I'm not talking about violating the vbulletin license in any way -- just separating a third party script to a different domain name and maintaining user list integration, etc.

Re: Multiple Domain Names

I think it would cause cookie issues for you. The cookie for your forum would be on domain x and would not transfer to domain y for the script. So, the login and such would not carry over unless the user logged in again.

Re: Multiple Domain Names

What would stop you having a separate subdomain, and so the cookies on the root, enabling you to keep for all the domain and subdomains. And you could also map it all to one hosting, and separate it via sensing via htaccess?
