Depending on the amount of content that was rewritten, spiders could have hit it (too) hard while discovering the new structure.

Are you monitoring referrals? are these actual users referred from search engines? If they are, would your client 'd like to be our next featured testimonial?

It's hard to say with the limited stats in the "DomainCP" - / cpanel ect.
    - tiny graphs and top 10 stuff :(

I am still waiting on standard "with in 24 hour response" support ticket from the webhost.
IMO, the webhost put a clamp on the account when the flood slapped around their server.

Yahoo can be a pain. Can't understand why it takes so many spiders to index a site.

You need a new host. You can't have them shutting you down. That's obviously very bad for your client's SEO.
