Moving things to file system

I'm moving things to filesystem right now; one thing I'm worried about is rewrite of album (where vB needs to use a relative path to fetch images). Is there any specific folder(s) that I should avoid using when moving them out, so that it won't run into problem when I get vBSEO 3.2?
