    Hello Mal:

If you backup/restore your vBulletin database, and you copy all files over to the new server, you shouldn't need to reinstall.

I just upload the existing vBSEO files included in public_html to the new server and all should be fine?

    EDIT**

I'm concerned about the binary aspect.

As long as your forum installation URL is the same, vBSEO should work fine in the new server.

I'm concerned about the binary aspect.
Yes, make sure the vBSEO files are uploaded in binary mode.

I've just ran the test.php for compatibility and it turns out that I need the ioncube version. I'm gonna have to reinstall form new anyway.

I exported my settings before the move (xml)

Will I still be able to import them once I have the ioncube version installed ?

You shouldn't need to re-install. Just upload all ionCube versions of the .PHP files (other than config_vbseo.php; that one contains your settings and does not need to be overwritten when switching between the Zend and ionCube versions) The XML product is the same for both also, so no need to reinstall that.

This is a (display only) bug in vBSEO 2.4.0's vbseocp, please disregard. Alternatively you can clear the field, save and re-enter your key and it should turn green again.

This issue has been fixed in the next version.

    Cheers
