Moved servers and vbseo is no longer working

Running vb 3.7 with vsbseo 3.1

Everything was running fine... I just moved to a new server and vbseo is no longer working. I was forced to disable it.

The license keys are showing up as green in the vbseo config.

When I would click on a URL, it just gives me this error:

Not Found

The requested document was not found on this server.

How do I troubleshoot and resolve this??

I checked phpinfo and I cant find mod rewrite

It's a dedicated server, how do I get this turned on?

Disregard... I figured it out. It was the .htacess file.
