mod-pagespeed from Google and VBSEO - Reached end of document apache error

Hi, this is no complaint about VBSEO and not a bug report, because my problem comes from Google's new Apache mod-pagespeed, and VBSEO together, and mod-pagespeed is very new. mod-pagespeed is superb - an absolute must have on something as heavy as VB4, although not as essential as VBSEO.

Anyway... when I use both together on CentOS, Apache pre-fork 2.6.18-194.17.4.el5, PHP 5.2 and with x-cache, I get an error log full of "myur/vbseo.php:1: Reached end of document without finding <body>".

First question for VBSEO is: do I need to worry about this? My site works fine, but do you think this is affecting SEO / other functions?

Second: Could it me something in VBSEO that is at fault and is it fixable, or should I just wait on mod-pagespeed and hope it goes away?

    Thanks for any help

If you temporarily disable vbseo, do you get a similar error?

Yes, I still get the same error. Just in case it's any help, I have two installs of vbseo on that server, on different domains. I am getting the same errors for vbseo.php on both.

There are plenty of small errors, most from google adsense and nothing that most people don't live with. Particularly there are no tag closure errors - eg:

[Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.arrse.co.uk/now-thats-what-i-call-arrse-1/30653-bravo-two-zero-alternative-12.html - W3C Markup Validator

I give that page because there is a specific entry in the log for that page, although most don't have the parameters like this:
    Code:
[error] http://www.arrse.co.uk/vbseo.php?t=30653&p=2599697:1: Reached end of document without finding <body>
I could kill quite a few of those errors of course - google excluded - if you think they may be significant.

Edit: I've just noticed that there are a mass of character encoding errors there. I'll see if that is a common feature or a symptom of some sort. It's probably just poor importing from our old system, but worth checking.

Sorry Brian - wild goose chase. It is also happening on mediawiki's index file, which seems pretty conclusive evidence that it's nothing to do with VBSEO at all. I have also found reference to this in the pagespeed discussion and they have reproduced the error. I thought I'd searched there already, but anyway, sorry for the time wasting.
