Max URLs in Sitemap Files" how does the software decide which files get indexed?
It just creates a 2nd file.![]()
What's the point of telling it the max number of url's you want indexed if it's just going to go ahead and index them in another file.
it's not how many you want indexed.... it's how many per file.
Google limits to 50k.
I suggest 30k due to size.
I see. I was just looking for a way to limit the index to the most used urls.
