Make Page Titles Like they are at vBSEO Forums

I apologize for making a second thread so soon after my first, but this is a separate topic...

As far as I can tell, this is the structure of the page titles on these forums:

Forum Home: vBulletin SEO Forums (so basically just keywords + "Forums")
Forum Display: Parent Forum Name - Forum Name at vBSEO.com (example: vBSEO SEO Plugin - General Discussion at vBSEO.com)
Thread Display: Thread Title - vBulletin SEO Forums (so just add the Forum Home Name onto the end)

That's basically it, right? If that's what you guys are doing, then that's what I want to do.

My question is about getting the Forum Display to come up like how you have it. I'm not sure how to get the Parent Forum Name to automatically appear.

If anyone can help me out, it would be much appreciated. :)

We use RR2 for titles.
