Login Issues, is anyone alive? :)

I'm trying to get my original account updated with a valid email address.

The problem is that I've lost my original password and the software will only send a password reset to the original email address .... which is invalid.

I've written Crawlability three times in the past week without an answer and a couple of support tickets to no avail either.

Is everyone on vacation this month?
