Look for the "Permalinks" option in the vBSEO Control Panel and choose this option: "Replace post number link with Permalink"

It will be indexed without the bookmark. Search engines will ignore the #post74216

Nice, btw the way, when i do a google site:vbseo.com i see loads of memers entries with quite high pr's of 3' and 4's. Don't you see this as a waste of pr?
