linkbacks? refbacks?

hello all

I really don't know what to do with outgoing linkback, Pingbacks, refback, trackbacks and so on :(
I have a very large forum with hundred of new discussions every day, and hundred of refbacks to moderate. it is impossible to moderate them by hand one by one, so now I don't display any. Do you think I should take away the moderation and display all? what about the spam in this way?

You shouldn't approve many anyway.

I would only suggest displaying those from top sites in your niche. IE, if you have a post about ipods and TechCrunch linked to you, i would approve that one.

ok that's clear, I should use the backlist function for the spamsite that links to me.
