Like|Share and Liked Placement

I am trying to replicate vbseo forum's placement of the like|share links and also where it shows who liked the post.

Is there a call we can use for either of these to place in the postbit?

Or if it is all CSS related can you please tell me how you did this, where the links appear nicely at the bottom right and the liked container appears at the bottom of each post, right before the signature?

I tried to adjust CSS but every post the links show up slightly different depending on the size of the post and it looks really sloppy.
