Like received does not work

suddenly for the profile the like received and like given does not show,
The tab is there, but the form is empty (see attached image)

I did make any changes or mod.

Please make sure you correctly imported vBSEO product file

use to work without problem until one month ago.

what I have to do? overwrite the product?
does that reset the settings?

If it ws working previously and stopped working now , there must be something you changed, A setting , a modification you installed etc..

ok, so, I upgrade to the version 4.1.4 and I also reinstalled the vbseo.
I overwrite the files, overwrited the product files and also the htaccess...
The problem is still there...

I completely switched of all the product the only remained are
vbseo
vbseo sitemap
blog
cms
chatbox
permission post count
