license expired/wrong license info

Today I moved my test environment to reflect my live environment better and I noticed it caused my free test license for that to become unregistered. This made me check my licenses at the VBSEO site and I noticed that the license you have registered for me is at a url I have never used. I can't access support because of this and ofcourse I'm reluctant to renew for the wrong license details you have on file. I do want to renew for my main site. Can you please help out and correct my license details? I did have a test environment which somewhat resembled the license you have on file for me.

Yesterday I upgraded to 3.2.0 and the same thing happened: my test license has become unregistered again. I submitted a ticket to support almost 24 hours ago to resolve the issue but it's taking a lot of time to get any result. Sorry to sound so harsh but is anyone from the support staff awake?

replied to your ticket. If your server with testing instance has outgoing http connection disabled then vBSEO cannot automatically retrieve the key and you should request it in the ticket when installing new vBSEO version.
