IonCube Loaders enough?

Hi, I am planning to setup one of the new Intel Mac Minis (Mac OS X) as a dedicated webserver as soon as possible. It will be running my VBSEO optimized forum.

I am currently using the Zend Optimized version, but have discovered that Zend Optimizer is not yet ready for Mac OS X on intel. However, the IonCube Loaders are (but not the encoder as far as I know). Will the IonCube loaders do, or do I need the full encoder for VBSEO to run?

Also, will it cause any troubles when switching from Zend to IonCube? Can I keep the config_vbseo.php file so I don't have to start all over?

feel free to switch from Zend version of vBSEO to Ioncube one.

You will only need the free loader libraries from PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download.
You can keep config_vbseo.php file (it is the same for both versions) and upload other vBSEO files, encoded with ioncube.

Thanks, that's great news! First of all that it can be done, but also that I can keep the config file, which makes the switch very fast and easy.

Btw, the Mac OS X intel download is not yet available from their download page but is very near finalized and they promised to email me the loaders when I need them, if not already on the download page by then.
