installed vbseo today, now my forum is extremely slow

Hi, I installed vbseo today, now my forum is extremely slow, pages take a long time to load. Any idea what could be causing this, and possible solutions?

I havent disabled it. I think Im just gonna let it ride out for a couple days. I did a search here and on google, found similar threads to this regarding vbseo & new installs. I'll keep u posted , but Im still wondering why the slowness

On my Server it was in range. The load is up, but not very much.

Thanks, I disabled vbseo, speeds went back to normal. I checked out that thread and implemented a lot of it. Vbseo is back up on my site and speed is much better than yesterday
