The installation instructions are located in the README file that is included in the download.

Download the latest version from downloads folder in your usercp. Unzip the file. There will be 2 folders. One has the name docs (do not upload) open the folder and click on readme.html

Thanks for the help but I already went thru readme.html. There is a section 'Installing vBSEO under Other Servers', now which one of the instructions do I follow if I have Apache server. Maybe I am over-looking something or the readme.html is not very clear, at least to me. Thanks.

You just need to use the A-D instructions, unless you are running one of those "other" servers, which you are not since you're running Apache.
