Thank you once again Ace Shattock. All I'm asking for is clear and coherent responses to my problem. I somewhat see the angle that you are referring to in that, "google has chosen to index my site the way it wants to". Although they continue to list my competitor's URL's in the most optimized fashion.

I still find this somewhat hard to digest. It is confusing and disheartening at the same time. Perhaps one day Bing will knock google on it's ass where they belong.

vBSEO does give good customer service, you do reply and make an effort to offer support for your product. I will not dispute that.

    Hello Eric ,

You are missing very important factors.

    • SEO is an ongoing business and it takes time for every site to get indexed properly. Your site is very new ( at least this is what i think when i see thread , post and membet count ) and in order to outrank your competitors you should make some work like adding daily fresh content , articles , getting linkbacks to your site etc...
    • Your style has a huge problem. Every forumbit even last post or thread count cells are linked to your domain. This is something you should strongly avoid. This can highly be related to the problem you think you are facing. Even your postbits are linked to your forum which is a very very wrong approach. Your threads are displaying useless information such as forum stats which is also again linked to domain.com/forum
    • These kind of mistakes can happen as not everyone has knowledge with SEO. Thats why staff couple times suggested you to create a Critique thread but you continue to deny this request.
    • vBSEO support ticket system is for vBSEO technical problems. Even on this condition Staff offered asistance to you but you should understand that Support Ticket system is not online chat system and you'll not receive instant responses.
    • I mentioned couple important flaws with your style however these are not the only problems on your page. Thats why i again suggest you to create a critique thread so Staff and Other members can share their opinions with you on how to improve your onpage SEO.

Just to add - I did not experience the cells linking to forum on Firefox, but it was an issue on Chrome, and IE shows the cells with a 'finger' (Hyperlink) icon when you hold the mouse button on them.

Well what is strange is you say there are problems with forum and design, funny thing is from June 1st 2009 through June 9th 2009 all of my forum threads were indexing properly, even with these problems. Then starting on June 10th all forum threads were not indexing properly.

Sorry Mert, something is strange here and doesn't add up. If what you are saying is true, then my forum threads would have never indexed properly from day 1, but they did, quite nicely. I did not make any changes to my forum design or make changes within vbseo settings.

Also, since you are in the mood to offer advice as far as my forum needing changes. Let me ask you, could you please refer me to someone who can help me with these changes? Let me tell you, to offer advice without substance to back it up is completely useless information to me at this point.

Thank you once again Mert for your time, it is appreciated.

Since Shadan was gracious enough to provide me with a link for finding a good developer, I will provide info to avoid bad developers.

As quoted by Mert, the Web Master for vBSEO:

"Your style has a huge problem. Every forumbit even last post or thread count cells are linked to your domain. This is something you should strongly avoid. This can highly be related to the problem you think you are facing. Even your postbits are linked to your forum which is a very very wrong approach. It is only fitting that I should let others know that:
    Hanafi Jamil - sultantheme.com

Was the designer of my forum and web site. Also, when I notified him of my current problem and told him I needed help to fix some forum issues, he had decided to completely blow me off, after he's been paid in full of course. So much for customer service.

Update 6/15/09: After trying additional times to contact, he also is refusing to give PSD files as promised.
