Indexed Pages by Google

Hello

I'm using vbseo on different sites, now i've noticed that google only shows me for example 413 Indexed Pages (when i do a site: query) but Sitemap says Total: 6.950 Sites?

I have this problem with all my forums ex. (Total: 89,624 but Indexed are 25'100) or (Total: 15'133 Indexed: 1'660) or (Total: 43'550 Indexed: 8'930)

Now my question would it be better to turn "Smart Frequency for Show Thread Pages" to NO?

The site: command is broken and has been for about 7 years. Use the webmaster tools area as what you have indexed vs what you submit.
