| Incoming Pings and Trackbacks vBSEO's default is "on" for these two items. Isn't that just asking for a lot of trackback spam? I am not familiar with how this works in vb/vbSEO but 100% of all trackbacks on my WordPress or Expression Engine blogs is spam.      |

| Although pinbacks and trackbacks are enabled by default in vBSEO config, all subforums have pre-moderation enabled by default too.

| Same topic being discussed in the private forums. The answer is no, not at this point for most vBSEO users... although we do currently get a lot of spam here @ vBSEO.com We are monitoring this closely and already have several contingency plans. We plan on implementing Akismet soon for vBSEO as well.
