inbound links?

vBSEO changes the outbound links to its titles, why not the links that are insite?

It does it for threads (if the option is enabled), but not forums or other pages.

Please search for Add Thread Titles to Showthread Links Anchor Text? setting in vBSEO Control Panel and set it according to your needs.
