    Hi Dave,

When viewing the source of the page, what is the URL of an image that has gone missing?

I had another look around, the image missing in the social groups are actually hotlinks to users own images in their photo library. Basically, all of these images no appear blank... I've looked at the vB AdminCP and it looks like everything should be turned on. Before vBSEO was installed these images were working. Any ideas?

    Hello Dave ,

Make sure you are using full image path ( ex: http://www.domain.com/images/misc/ ) within Admincp > Styles & Templates > Style Variables .

Hi there and thanks for the reply, I just checked and when I go to Admincp > Styles & Templates > the only options then are:
Style Manager/Search in Templates/Replacement variable manager/download upload styles/Find updated templates..... sorry I'm a complete newbie at this!

vBAdmincp > Style Manager > Choose from the drop down menu "Style Vars" and you will found the "Image Paths"

One example of a users album missing pics:
    MP3Unsigned Message Board

Same applies to anyone who has their avatar linked to a pic in their photo album.

Check your album re-write settings. They look a little strange.

    album:
    Code:
    http://forum.mp3unsigned.com/members/tonymiller-albums-tony-s-strange-album.html
    image:
    Code:
    http://forum.mp3unsigned.com/members/tonymiller-albums-tony-s-strange-album-picture130t-you-lookin-me.jpg
You need to be more specific in the rewrite setting. ie,

    Code:
    http://forum.mp3unsigned.com/members/tonymiller-albums/tony-s-strange-album/picture130t-you-lookin-me.jpg

If you're unsure what to do, just exapnd the settings (+ sign under the presets) and scroll the to album area. I'd suggest using one of the radio options for each of the album re-write areas (generally, radio button X for all options keep a similar layout)

I just logged in and now I can't access Social Groups at all - plus I can't view and of the restricted private threads. All of my permission settings are set to Yes. I even set up a new SUper Moderator account in AdminCP and logged in using it to see if I could get some joy but exactly the same.
This is a big problem, I havent uploaded any mods in the past 2 weeks except for vbseo and vbadvanced (still havent used it yet). Is this something that can arise from vbseo??

vbseo doesn't lock out admin accounts.... you may have been hacked or exploited. Ask your host to view logs and see if they can find anything.

Ok, I checked with Rackspace and the time stamps havent been touched since vbseo was installed.

I just posted up looking for support on vbulletin.com/forums and the next thread is about exactly the same problem. Looks like it was possibly being caused by vbseo?

Emergency - Vbulletin problem - Please help - vBulletin Community Forum

Is there a safe way for me to disbale vbseo to see if thigs go back to normal - without messing up the software etc?
PS I am a complete newbie at this.
