If Forum Directory Name Changed, Will URLs 301 Redirect?

I need to change the name of the directory my vbulletin forum is located in. (from /forum to /board, for example)

My question is...will vbseo automatically see this and 301 redirect all my old URLs new the new location?

For example, would it 301 redirect something like: /forum/forumtopic.html TO /board/forumtopic.html

The threads will be redirected since they contain the thread ID. Any links to the forum itself would not, unless you are using a URL format that includes the forum ID in the forum URL Format.

so i'm guessing i would just need to manually 301 the directory myself? i just would not want to do so unnecessarily and screw something up
