    your vbseo settings look ok.

    Move your CSS into a linked file. There is an option for this under vBoptions.

    kill your meta stuffing.

    <meta name="keywords" content="Combat,Sports,Combat Sports offtopic,off-topic,off topic,GDD,General Discussion and debate,NSFW,NWS,photography,ESPN,yankees,sports,me ssage boards,sports forum,baseball message boards,chat, football message boards,golf, basketball, hockey, sports chat,tips,cheat sheets,fantasy chat,fantasy football forum,fantasy sports,NFL,MLB,NHL,PGA,NBA,talk,football talk,baseball talk,news,interactive,soccer,wrestling chat,wrestling forum,vbulletin,jelsoft,forum,bbs,discussion,bulle tin board,mets,lakers,kobe bryant,michael jordan,wwe,wcw,ecw,boxing,ufc,k1,pride,mma,scores, XBOX,SONY,MICROSOFT,"/>
    4 or 5 keywords about your site is better than all kinds of random crap.

    <meta name="abstract" content="We are a total sports talk forum and now including a Off topic chat forum." />
    <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />
    <meta name="revisit-after" content="2 Days" />
    <meta name="rating" content="General" />
    <meta name="distribution" content="Global" />
    <meta name="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" content="true" />
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="EN" />
    <meta name="generator" content="vBulletin" />
    <meta name="Expires" content="-1" />
    <meta name="reply-to" content="webmaster@board.com" />
    <meta name="owner" content="" />
    <meta name="classification" content="Sports" />
    <meta name="Copyright" content="" />
    <meta name="Author" content="" />
    <meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="Public" />
    a lot of that is garbage and 1997 stuff.
    look into using <link rel /> and <link rev /> instead.

    validate your code:

    I'd also suggest moving away from PT's and using px, em, or % instead. PT's are better suited for print media, not screen media.

    your alexa ranking is horrible.
    Related Info for: postgamepub.com/

    i have sites that get 10 visits a day that are in the 500,000 range.
    are you getting any traffic at all?

    blend your ads at the bottom better. they stick out like sore thumnbs and can't possibly be making you any money there.
    I'd suggest swapping the ad for the espn nav bar.

    After you do all that, try to get some links out there. put it in your sig on sites you post at, and maybe try to do a link exchange with some one.
