I consider myself a seo expert because most of the time I spend my times getting information regarding SEO and algorithms brought by search engine and work on that to improve my level of working in SEO industry. Everyone has to start from somewhere to become a SEO expert now it’s been 7 years of vast experience and I can say that I know most of the thing of SEO or SEM but something which need to be understand to become seo expert are still coming every day.

I would say that take help of only seo expert because they know which sites are good for bringing traffic and if amateur seo want to work with you than first ask all the question regarding SEO because this is for your website ranking.
