Ok I am going to talk to vbulletin too. Wordpress is on the root of my domain, forums are in forum I use vbseo in my forum and the traffic views for my whole site - for i.e. the wordpress views dropped the day after I upgraded vb, as did the google crawl errors started the day after Just trying to see if this is a vbseo issue but its probably just a vb issue.

Again, NONE of those are vb/vbseo urls.

Ok - what if I was exploited by the exploit and this caused this in Nov? Hmm. I just find it odd that when I upgraded vbulletin 11/23 then the day after all of the crawl issues started.

To the best of our knowledge, Dec 2 is the earliest date that this may have happened.

The best place to talk to would probably be gooogle themselves, but the odds of this happening are very unlikely.

I'm showing 36,000+ results in google for your domain
    https://www.google.com/search?q=site...ient=firefox-a

I really don't see anything wrong with your site at all.

You need to install a REAL tracking device and monitor it as what you have is simply inaccurate and only covers part of your site. You can't make any real conclusions off partial data.

Brian, one more question - the URLs that show crawl errors 404 are links that are coming from actual forum threads themselves, /submit/ /faves/ or /bookmark/ are being appended to the forum url like so

    http: // mysite.com/submit?phase=2&url=http%3A%2F%2Fmysite.com%2Fforum %2Furls-for-this-thread-discussion%2F3629-example-com-2.html%23post69397&title=example.com

(spaces added between :// to break link for you to see)

Do you know if anything in the vbseo software causes this? i.e. the Like button? a Fave button, a submit or a bookmark?
    Thank you

There is no default vb called called 'submit'. It's possible its from a bookmark, but that should not be your .com, it should be the sharing site.com/sumit?

This is what google does... it stuffs it with your domain to test.
