I already implemented the +1 on a couple sites and like the fact that you can disable the 'count'. This way you won't look like a noobie site with no +1's .. (you can hide it)

and since the world seems to be getting tired of Facebook, i'm hoping for the +1 to take off.

Social media sites usually only have a lifespan of a couple years before burning out and something else taking over....first MySpace was big.....died out......then Facebook was big. (starting to die out)

Still no immediate plans from vbSEO on implementing this on the forum ...or with the 'share' button area ?

    lets get hoppin sonny.

I've not been active for a while but just updated my vbseo to the latest version and in the meanwhile I found this thread:

    Google
And the piece of information you where looking for:

    Code:
<!-- Place this tag in your head or just before your close body tag --><script type="text/javascript" src="https://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js"></script>

<!-- Place this tag where you want the +1 button to render -->
    <g:plusone></g:plusone>

Had it running on my site for a few weeks now....

This won't effect SEO I don't think unless you're a logged in google user which means your serps are based around your preferences anyway.

I have it on my site for about a week now, not much activity with it so far. But it was the same with the vBSEO's Like system

    I've just voted for this.

    It'll be a brilliant feature.
