Go to webmaster tools, and select fetch as googlebot.

If it can see your site, you aren't banned.

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/googlebot-fetch?hl=en&siteUrl=http://YOURDOMAINHERE.com
might not work due to logins...

Ahh ok, but i have never addedd my new site in google webmaster tools..... My Server it was banned from bing and the site map generated by vbseo always fail when i try to sent it to bing. Yahoo - Google - Ask results are appreciable in that sense. I would'nt that can be other similar problems with the other search engines..... so i have need to check if my hosting server it was banned from all the searches engines.... in this case i can contact my host and ask them to change the server. For bing is not a problem ( i hope that microsoft will delete bing), but if is google or yahoo to ban my server, the problem should be very big. I have need to check all the ways.

It is most likely that your host has a ban on google, not google on your server. I would contact the host.

Why you said that? Have you notices that my host has a ban on google? Only with bing the site map fails.... can you explain me?

There is no way for me to tell any thing. You will need to consult with your host on this issue.
