How to tell if VBSEO is working?

How do I tell if vbseo is working? I mean obviously there would hopefully be more people registering at my site, but how do I truly tell if it is working or that vbseo is working as it should?

Are there steps I should take to test how vbseo is working? Is there a set of instructions to see how well it is optimized?

I don't know if it is possible, but can someone look at my site and give feedback on it and tell me if something is sticking out like a sore thumb that google/yahoo will not like?
