Whoah such a helpful thread!!

1. What should we do for 'Homepage name'? (i.e. the bit at the bottom of each page). To be frank I really don't have a clue!

I've just edited mine to get every main keyword in there. Now that I've done it, I've realised this was probably completely the wrong thing to do?

Can someone take a look please

Phone Devil - Exclusive phone unlocking Devil Sim, Free mobile phone 3gp video downloads and Phone Reviews

2. Also, while i'm here.....are there articles on here about how to write relevant thread titles?
I'll be completely honest and say I haven't checked yet (exhaustion kicking in, must sleep!), so just a "yes" or "no" will suffice.....although if you were to provide a link to the main thread, who would I be to stop you

3. Okay seeing the link i've just submitted in this post....it is rather long isn't it! I figured this was a good idea though as it gets all the main keywords?

I love VBSEO!

Yes - I think the title is too long. Shorten it up. Make it human readable, but still include a few of your top keywords.

If the RR option is used in not vBSEO template you suggest to edit this code?

<!--VBSEO_RR_2-->
[parent_forum_title] - [forum_title] at vBSEO.com

will be replaced without the final "at vBSEO.com" to remove the forum title?

I just added my blog to my site. I was wondering if someone has done this to their blog post?

I want to know what template to edit for the blog post.

Good observation. Since our business is so specific to "vBulletin SEO" we decided to keep it. We're not an ad based business, so as a company we benefit only from visitors that would be interested in vBulletin SEO. I am actually in favor of removing it here as well.

Chances are that our traffic would increase if we applied this optimization and made our thread titles more long tail optimized.

Perhaps it will make for an interesting experiment for us sometime in the future.

EDIT: I found it! it's in the blog template.
