How long before email arrives with download link...?

I paid via PayPal and I've received no email with a link to download...?

I have created a ticket, but so far no response. We're in the middle of a complete site upgrade and we are on hold, pending you reply. Why would I not receive a mailer with a link to download the software? I used PayPal, have a Trans ID. It's been a couple of hours now...
