there are 2 things i m talking.

1. On title and description which ll be show on forum. Like :- Beauty Forum -> Cosmetic, Beauty, Style & Parenting Community <- You can see i given too all.

2. I want different title and description for google. i mean meta tags . i dont want to use same which is coming on forum.

You should never show different information to google VS humans. This is called cloaking and is considered blackhat and can get you banned from the SERPs

where as these title & descriptions are not going to be good for meta tags.

Ok open this page -> Beauty Forum -> Cosmetic, Beauty, Style & Parenting Community <- and u ll see Forum " Basic Skin Care " and it has Description ' Daily regime for all skin types for that perfect radiant look." this is for ppl who ll land on forum can read and understand what we are going to cover in it.

Now for same forum i want following Meta Description:-
Title :- Basic Skin Care + Oily Skin Care + Normal & Dry Skin Care Community
Description :- Enter this Community to share views about Oiy Skin care, Normal & Dry Skin Care, about Lotions, Moisturizers for Oily skin, Serums for Dry Skin, Natural Remedies

tht's my point how i can get it.

I am sorry but as Brian explained you Meta descriptions are not visible to any human and i fail to understand what your exact question is. If you can try to rephrase we can try to do our best in assisting you.

As Brian told you above, you can give/assign a description on a per-forum basis by editing them one by one and putting whatever keywords/description you want in the big field "Description". It is the second option from top to bottom.

The full path to follow is: vBulletin Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Forum X -> Edit

Open Screen1:- You Will See Title and Description which is readable for visitors so they can understand what we are going to cover in this forum. and in enter all this information through vBulletin Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager ->Forum X -> Edit


Open Screen2:- I want to show different custom title and description for Search engine indexing...

So i want 2 titles and 2 Description . one for showing visitors on my forum and one for search engines to make it look better.

vBulletin or vBSEO doesn't have any setting like that. You can get it coded by a third party.

Furthermore, you may want to check Brian's post again. These techniques are not well seen by Google SE and you can get penalized as a consequence. You would be hurting your raking ahead search engines rather than improving it.
