Are you talking about:
RewriteRule ^blogs/$ /forums/blog.php [L]
I added that to my root .htaccess and it didn't do anything.
If you're talking about the whole list of additions voteforbird did, his results are URL/blogs/blog1 where I want URL/blogs/username. He also has numbers for individual blog posts and I'd like URL/blogs/username/title_assigned_by_user.html
