How to download 3.3.0 security patch?

Hi, our license has expired, but the security bulletin says that I should still be able to download today's patch for 3.3.0.

However, whenever I click download, I am presented with my profile page (http://www.vbseo.com/usercp/customer_profile/)

I tried going to vbseo.com/downloads and again am redirected to vbseo.com/usercp/customer_profile/
