How do you get the advanced image uploader like the vbseo forums?

How would I enable the advanced image uploader like the ones on the vbseo forums here?

On my standard vb4, I have to upload one file at a time using the Insert Image button, VBSEO's lets you upload multiple attachments in one shot easily. Is it a mod or some hidden option?

Sorry if this is a complete newb question, but I've searched around with no luck.

Like this here. And go figure, the advanced uploader didn't work now, I had to use the basic uploader, haha.
