How do I get a list of tables in my MySQL Database for vbulletin?

Ok fellas, i still am having problems with the upgrade
Right now my vbulletin support team is asking me to provide them with the list of tables in the database.
embarassed enough, i dont know how to do that.

so if someone could please teach me a method (step wise) how to get the database tables list, i would really appreciate

I know it can be done through cpanel, but i dont know how.

i have cpanel account and can access the database there. so if someone can please guide me through i would be obliged.

oh and if this thread shouldnt have been created here, i apologise for the inconvenience.

    thanks a bunch

In your cpanel area, find 'phpmyadmin' icon. Sometimes its buried under 'mysql databases' and then a link at the bottom of that page.

Once in phpmyadmin, click on on your forum db name from the list on the left frame.

Then, click on the SQL tab and enter the command

    Code:
    show tables
    and click go

It will generate a nice list to copy/paste
